Respecting the rights of the all minorities is our importance, Lord Tariq Ahmad is the Minister for South Asia, the United Nations and the Commonwealth at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office said during the meeting with the Tamil national alliance spokesman and MP M. A Sumanthiran.
It was a pleasure to meet with M.A Sumanthiran today. We discussed upholding human rights, post conflict accountability and reconciliation, as well as the importance of respecting the rights of all minorities, he further said in his tweeter page. The meeting was held on the 25th of November.
However, the Tamil youth organisation, Tamil Diaspora alliance said that the Tamil people are losing trust in this international system.
