An awareness campaign advertisement was published in The Herald, the leading Scottish paper against Sri Lanka’s genocide and human rights abuses.
This is a part of a coordinated campaign by Scottish Tamils to raise awareness of the ongoing issues of human rights abuses in Sri Lanka and the failure to hold war criminals to account.
Meantime, another leading Scottish paper the national also published the same advertisement and activists were also projecting images on landmarks across Scotland, including Scottish parliament.
