UN Resident Representative in Sri Lanka Hana Singer pointed out that Sri Lanka faces both the challenges of the spread of coronavirus and marine pollution at the same time.
Therefore, all parties must come forward to help Sri Lanka recover from these challenges, said Hana Singer.
She said her expectation was to recover from the recession, adding that all parties should come forward to assess the damage caused to the sea and marine life and to procure the necessary equipment to repair them.
