Sri Lanka has created the land on the island of Sri Lanka over the Indian Ocean, which is not controlled by the laws enacted by the Sri Lankan people, but by laws enacted by China, by accpeting the Colombo Port City Act.
Politically speaking, the present Sri Lankan government has created Chinese sovereigns on the island of Sri Lanka, surpassing its historical sovereigns of Tamils and Sinhalese. This change in the sovereignty of Sri Lanka is for the Rajapaksa family which has received billions of dollars.
Sri Lanka has no control over many of the activities that China does inside the city. This has become an act of Sri Lanka that is detrimental to world peace and the peace of the Indian Ocean, in violation of the present international law on the nation and the laws of the United Nations on its member nations. At the same time, China is set to overtake India as an Asian superpower. it is also developed to challenge the US-Japan-Australian-Indian quadrilateral structure of the Indian Ocean.
The international and regional political crisis created by Sri Lanka can only be resolved peacefully if the world and India immediately accept the external autonomy right of the Eelam Tamils. to external autonomy and ensure the peace of the Indian Ocean through the Eelam Tamils.
The British East India Company ruled the Tamils in the northeast of Sri Lanka from 1796 to 1802 with common funds as a political unit comprising Eelam from Madras in the context of sovereignty over the Indian Ocean. The needed to commemorate these today is to make it clear that the Eelam have had sovereignty over the Indian Ocean since prehistoric times. The nations and organizations of the world should not allow Sri Lanka to hand over this Eelam-Tamil sovereignty to China.
Only by changing the situation where Sri Lanka has illegally acquired the sovereignty of the Eelam Tamils. The nations and organizations of the world should accept the sovereignty of the Eelam Tamils based on their right to external autonomy without delay. It can defeat the selfishness of today’s rulers who wanted to protect them from their genocide crime by establishing Chinese sovereignty over the island of Ceylon and seek to hide behind Chinese support.
The issue of Eelam Tamils should not be seen as an internal issue of Sri Lanka, but as a colonial issue through the unification of the two nations by British colonialism. The Eelam Tamils fought for liberation from Britain to get their political rights from Britain.
Since the unitary parliamentary system created from 1948 to 1975 could not be achieved, the then Eelam Tamil political leader S.J.V. Selvanayagam left the Sri Lankan parliament and withdrew from the parliamentary rule.
Since the sovereignty of the Eelam Tamils was also with the British Government, on 22.05.1972 the then Prime Minister of Sri Lanka Sirimavo Bandaranaike violated the Colbrook Constitution and elected the elected majority representatives of the Eelam Tamils outside the Parliament. When the Sinhala Buddhist Republic of Sri Lanka was established by the Constituent Assembly, which was denied permission, the sovereignty of Eelam was transferred directly from Britain to Eelam.
Thus, under the leadership of Velupillai Prabhakaran, the national leader of the state established by the Eelam Tamil people based on their sovereignty, all aspects of the state were held for more than thirty years till 18.05.2009. It is time for Tamils who live around the world and Tamil politicians to tell the world about the historical facts and developments regarding the sovereignty of Eelam Tamils.

The Tamils of the world should thus make it clear to the nations of the world that the best mechanism today is to accept the external autonomy of the Eelam Tamils and recognize their sovereignty to maintain the balance of the Indian Ocean.
