After reports of Chinese working in a sea cucumber factory in Ariyalai, Jaffna were recently revealed, the documents revealed that the sea cucumber factory was registered under the Sri Lanka Company Registration Act, including Chinese as directors.
The factory registered in the name of ‘Quilan Private Limited’ has three directors, in which Tammika de Silva of Negombo was named as one of the three directors. Other two are Chinese named as Chichave Lee and Yuan Sen.
