Entry restrictions for passengers to land in Sri Lanka: 8 countries listed

Sri Lanka’s Civil Aviation Authority has put restrictions for passengers with a travel history (including transit) in the past 14 days to Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, and Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

According to that restrictions, the passengers who travelled to above countries will not be permitted to disembark in Sri Lanka from July 1.

Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka directed Capt. Themiya Abeywickrama said that the above restriction would be applicable until July 31 in accordance with instructions received from the Ministry of Health, due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation.
