The Sri Lankan Health Ministry and Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) has introduced the digital vaccination card to facilitate the migrants to travel.
Health Promotion Bureau Director Dr. Ranjith Batuwanthudawa told a news conference that those migrating to other countries for studies or some other purpose will obtain the digital vaccination card online after being fully vaccinated.
