An advertisement in a Scottish newspaper protests the arrival of Gotabhaya

The Herald, a popular Scottish newspaper has published a full-page advertisement about the Sri Lnakan president Gotabhaya Rajapaksha’s visit.

He is referred to as the ‘Terminator’, the genocidal man who killed thousands of Tamil people.
