The Sri Lankan Government has relaxed the COVID- 19 related restrictions, but continues the restrictions to travel between the provinces.
The latest relaxations allow places of worship to open, and weddings permitted with 25% seating capacity of the venue or 150 guests.
Also allowing important meetings allowed only with 25% capacity, funerals allowed (non-Covid), private taxi services allowed only for seating capacity, conferences/ seminars/ brand launches – permitted (Hybrid events with max 50 on-site attendees), groceries opened under health guidelines.
