A meeting between the leaders of the Tamil National Alliance and Sarah Hulton, the British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, was held in Colombo yesterday.
“Glad to have had the opportunity to meet key members of the Tamil National Alliance led by R Sampanthan. We had a wide ranging discussion, on tackling Covid-19 in the North and East, devolution, and the need for progress on human rights and accountability,” British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka tweeted.
The meeting was attended by TNA President R. Sambandan, MP Mavai Senathirasa, MP Selvam Adaikalanathan and MP M A Sumanthiran.
