A popular Eelam Tamil Tabla artiste Sadha Velmaran passed away after contracted Covid-19. While taking the treatment at Jaffna teaching hospital, he died on September 18th.
During the Liberation Struggle of Tamil Eelam, he has played numerous songs on independence and performed in many devotional songs and thousands of theatre events.
On various occasions, he has been honoured with an award by Tamil Eelam National Leader Prabhakaran.
