Sri Lanka reported 3,644 Covid-19 positive cases and 202 deaths in the last 24 hours taking the total death toll to 9,806.
According to the Sri Lankan Government Information Department, 89 females and 113 males are among the deceased.
A total of 155 people above 60 years of age are among the deceased, while 42 of them are between 30 and 59 years of age.
