A protest was held on Thursday (13) to demand justice for the murder of fisherman Edward Mariaseelan who was killed in the Jaffna, Madhakal seas.
Two days ago, a fisherman who went fishing in the sea was found dead in the early hours of the morning. People in that area accuse a fisherman of being killed in a naval boat collision.
Today, the funeral of the deceased, the public, fishermen and political figures have joined hands to carry out the struggle.
