A tribute was held at the Mullivaikkal memorial at the University of Jaffna.
The rally for Mullivaikkal May 18 commemoration day started from Valvettithurai yesterday (16) and then paid homage to the Jaffna University Mullivaikkal memorial.
A (Mullivaikal Kanchi) porridge distribution event was also held. For the first time in the history of the University of Jaffna, students from the majority ethnic group participated in this event.
